Blue Army Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima, 674 E. Mountain View Road Asbury NJ 08802. They will be gathering at the Shrine at 4PM Eastern to pray the Rosary and will promote it to our membership across the country. The Shrine and World Apostolate of Fatima offices are promoting the Novena for Our Nation, adding the Fatima emphasis on prayer and sacrifice. We are promoting it in our emails, social media, podcasts, website and Shrine events. On October 7, we will be a host site for a Rosary Rally, inviting people from 100 mile radius to join us at the Shrine to pray. Please bring your favorite breakfast food / snack /drink plus some to share. Please feel free to invite others to assist at Mass and come to breakfast afterward. This is an opportunity to introduce others to Catholicism and in particular to the Latin Mass, and to make them feel welcome in the Church. Latin Mass at 8:45 am followed by:

Todd Carter writes: “At the conclusion of our normal Adoration time at 9pm, I am having a Latin Mass in reparation for the clergy abuse scandal, the victims of abuse and the sanctity of priests. It will be a Low Mass that includes benediction at the end.”

FRIDAY OCTOBER 19 4pm – SUNDAY OCTOBER 21, 2018 10 am: Father/Son Retreat, St. Joseph’s Farm, Columbus, NC: Come experience a weekend away with your son in the hills of Western North Carolina!  This one-of-a-kind Father/Son retreat, featuring talks on rites of passage, will be a weekend of adventure, spiritual formation and prayer. Included in the weekend will be a traditional pig slaughter and roast, skeet shooting,  a simple challenge course designed and overseen by a Special Forces Marine and opportunities for prayer and father/son time.   Throughout the weekend Mr. Jason Craig will guide participants to a deeper understanding of their own important relationship as fathers and sons, their identity as men and provide simple but important principles to strengthen this relationship.  However, the most important part is the experience of the fathers with their sons in natural Christian brotherhood.   Availability is very limited.
